EPTA acted as the technical advisor of the Greek Interministerial Committee on Green Public Procurement and conducted a draft version of the National Action Plan on GPP which also includes guidelines to local authorities on how to integrate sustainability criteria in public tenders.

The Action Plan included priority product groups on which the application of GPP criteria is directly enforceable, while it also included actions for the gradual greening of all public tenders
