EPTA S.A. provides consulting and engineering services on environmental management and circular economy since 1995, meeting the requirements of the private and public sector.
After 30 years of dynamic development and continuous improvement, we have built a solid competitive advantage by having strong expertise in solid waste management and sustainable energy planning in Greece and also in more than 25 countries worldwide.
We have delivered more than 250 construction projects that are currently in operation, raising more than 1 bn euros funds, mainly EU.
We have also been offering capacity building, community awareness and training programs to more than 50.000 people per year.
EPTA’ s services have been certified according to EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, 27001 standards as a result of the company’s practices that contributed to the promotion of sustainable development, social awareness and mobilization of citizens to protect the environment.
Our Vision is to be a leading specialized technical partner of central, regional and local public authorities in the sectors of circular economy, solid waste management and sustainable energy.
EPTA S.A applies all key principles of circular economy and its services are certified under ISO 14001:2015. It has been awarded with a number of environmental awards.

EPTA is registered under the official record of the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks(No. 588) for the design of public works.
It is also member of the following organisations:

- Hellenic Solid Waste Management Association (HSWMA – National Member of ISWA) with a representation in the managing board
- Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Athens
The Company recognizes that bribery constitutes a significant global issue and has therefore decided to implement an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the International Standard ISO 37001:2016.
The Company’s objective is to continue and further develop its activities while effectively preventing and combating bribery in all its forms. This objective is expressed through the following key principles:

Zero-tolerance approach to bribery, prohibiting any form of bribery or corrupt behavior.

Compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to anti-bribery legislation.

Adoption of a Code of Ethics, which is fully endorsed by the Company’s personnel and is binding for all interested parties cooperating with the Company.

Ongoing bribery risk assessment, identifying potential risks that may arise during the Company’s activities, and prioritizing risks and opportunities accordingly.

Implementation of anti-bribery programs and controls, which are reviewed at regular intervals to ensure their effectiveness and proper implementation.

Establishment of relevant, objectively achievable and measurable objectives, covering the full range of the Company’s processes.

Encouragement of continuous improvement among suppliers and partners, along with continuous training of the Company’s personnel, in order to cultivate the appropriate anti-bribery culture and awareness.
Through the implementation of the above principles, the Company ensures full compliance of its Anti-Bribery Management System with the requirements of ISO 37001:2016 and commits to its continual improvement.
The Company’s Management is fully committed to reviewing this Anti-Bribery Policy at regular intervals and updating it whenever deemed necessary.
Furthermore, the Company encourages all employees, partners, suppliers and other interested parties to report, in good faith, any suspected or actual incidents of bribery or corruption.
