The Academy Gardens project will be a major city centre retail, social and leisure development located in the heart of Athens. A key feature of the project will be the unique rooftop gardens which include a large outdoor Amphitheatre and a variety of cafés and dining areas overlooking impressive views of Athens.

EPTA was responsible for the implementation of the EIA of the Academy Gardens project which was approved by the Permitting Authority.
